How to improve your internet speeds

If your internet feels slow, try these steps to get the best possible speeds from your Plain Speed device.

To maximize your speeds, follow these steps:

• Place your device near a window or outside wall. This helps it get a better signal.
• Avoid placing the device in a basement, closet, or near metal objects.
• Make sure you're close to the hotspot. If you're several rooms away, your speeds may slow down.
• Restart your device. Just turn it off and back on after 10–15 seconds.
• Limit the number of connected devices — too many can slow things down.

Remember, speeds can still vary based on network traffic and your location.
