How to update your card on file

Overview

You can update your payment card anytime through your online account to keep your service active without interruption.

Steps to update your card

1. Log in to your account by going to PlainSpeed.com and clicking the "Account" button.
2. Go to the “Billing” or “Payment Methods” section.
3. Under the "Payment Method" section, click on “Add payment method”.
4. Enter your new card information and save the changes.
5. Make sure the new card is set as your default payment method.
