If your payment does not go through, your service may be interrupted. Here’s what to do to fix it quickly.
Steps to resolve payment failures
- Log in to your account by going to PlainSpeed.com and clicking the "Account" button.
- Go to the “Billing” or “Payment Methods” section.
- Under the "Payment Method" section, click on “Add payment method”.
- Enter your new card information and save the changes.
- Make sure the new card is set as your default payment method.
- Your card will be automatically charged again.
