Overview
You can cancel your Plain Speed service anytime. Please note you must return your leased device to complete the cancellation.
Steps to cancel your service
- Contact our support team to initiate the cancelation.
- You will receive an email with the return instructions.
- Safely package your device and ship it back to the address in the instructions.
- Send the tracking information for the device to support@plainspeed.com.
- Once we receive your device and confirm cancellation, your service will be stopped, and you will receive a pro-rated refund for your last month of service and your device deposit returned (assuming device comes back in good condition).
